Youth Violence Prevention Program
Supporting youth with resources and skills to make healthy life choices and participate positively in their communities.
Pathfinders works with community partners to strengthen the community structures and supports that give middle school youth the skills to positively engage in their education and their community.
Pathfinders is spearheading an initiative that will create a neighborhood-wide, coordinated network of more than 20 organizations in East Multnomah County that share a commitment to creating lasting social change by reducing youth and adolescent violence and providing schools and parents with the tools to create healthier families and safer communities.
